• Neuilly-l'Evêque and Lake Charmes

• Lake Charmes offers 197 ha of water and a dyke 362 m long, 17 m high, completed in 1906. It is famous for fishing; the catch of zander, pike, carp and even catfish delight specialists.
• Its waters occupy the bottom of a deep valley of the Langres plateau. This biotope is characterized by a fluvial type of dynamics: the water level, very variable according to the seasons according to the needs in water of the channel, is notably quite low in the end of summer and in autumn. These special conditions favor a special vegetation, stabilized for a long time with very typical vegetation belts.

• The Fort of Dampierre

• This strong stop is the largest of the place of Langres and even of the entire defensive system Séré de Rivières! It is also the farthest from Langres. It protected the deployment to the Meuse of the army regrouped in the entrenched camp while ensuring the pivot of the defense North of the Place. It consists of a large envelope of 1200 meters of development and a huge rider reduced concentrating unparalleled firepower (142 pieces!). - Owned by the Ministry of Defense, the fort can not be visited.

• Gallo-Roman villa of Andilly

• Located near the Mont Mercure, the Gallo-Roman site of Andilly is nestled in a fold of the landscape of Bassigny where dominate green meadows and wooded hills. The first mention of archaeological discoveries on the site goes back to 1832: a sarcophagus of the Merovingian period is discovered among considerable remains of constructions. In 1895, research conducted by Father Multier, parish priest of Andilly, released vestiges identified then as those of a temple or an important building.
• From 1961, the Society of Natural Sciences and Archeology of Haute-Marne undertakes a vast program of Fouillles on the site. For nearly thirty years, each summer, under the successive direction of Pierre Ballet and Thérèse Zeyer, volunteer excavators gradually bring to light the remains of an impressive Gallo-Roman ensemble, consisting of a villa and its thermal complex, as well as part of a Merovingian necropolis that came to settle later. Owned by the General Council of Haute-Marne in 1965, the Gallo-Roman villa of Andilly-en-Bassigny was listed as a Historic Monument on February 7, 1986.
• If so many sites have been identified by chance discoveries or aerial surveys, there are few habitat structures including the main residence, the courtyards, the communes, the barns, the annexes, the enclosure, the roadway access, or even the necropolis and neighboring sanctuaries were fully searched. The excavators did not content themselves with the only release of the thermal wing: they extended their research towards the artisanal and agricultural sector. The understanding of the architecture of the villa and its operation is thus greatly facilitated. In this respect, the villa of Andilly is characteristic of these vast Gallo-Roman rural settlements: its geographical situation, its proximity to the Roman road linking Langres to the Rhine (Strasbourg), and the surface of the remains place it in the type of large farms, where the main house (real farm castle) combines prestige monument and source of income.
• Moreover, the Andilly site is remarkable not only for the scale of the structures currently open, but also because its vestiges are the only visitable witnesses of such a rural occupation of the East of France. In comparison with a typical plan of these large villas, it can be estimated that the excavated remains represent about one third of the Pars Urbana (main residence), while the Pars Agraria or Rustica (farm buildings, pastoral, craft), usually two to four times longer, remains to be circumscribed.

• Church Saint-Maur de Celsoy

• A small, homogeneous church with a single nave, the Saint-Maur church in Celsoy is adorned with a bell tower with corbelled turret and beautiful arches of ogives. Built between 1376 and 1379, it is due to the liberality of Guibert de Celsoy, doctor of three kings of France. Since 1390, date of death of the character, the sanctuary shelters a Gothic burial with its effigy. The scholar is represented as a "doctor ensenient" dressed in a long hooded dress and surrounded by his students. Listed as a Historic Monument since July 9, 1909.

• Plesnoy Fort

• Covering the ridges at the intersection of the basins of the Marne, the Meuse and the Saone, this work is conceived as an original defensive mole. It also controls the Andilly station located below, on the Dijon-Nancy road. Given the narrowness and "webbed" configuration of the spur, the ultra-compact rider has no casing and occupies a central position vis-à-vis four additional batteries. Totalising the same number of pieces as the only one, they provide an autonomous, close and reciprocal defense. Cyrillic graffiti dated 1917 are still visible in the barracks. They were made by Russian soldiers suspected of communism and removed from the front before being interned at the courtine camp.
