This mountain bike circuit is also a circuit enjoyed by hikers. It is entirely signposted and is located in the forest. There are children's play areas and picnic areas. A site called the Dumper offers a shady rest area and landscaped at the edge of a small reservoir of water that can be dry in the summer.

For hikers, three circuits of equal difficulty of 3,5 to 9 km are proposed. The site is subject to fire regulations in the summer (think about inquiring), partly, towards the Dumper has a derogation.
