In Chamoux, Yonne, the unusual site of Cardo Land expresses all the passion of its creators, an artist and his family, who have turned a childhood dream into reality. Across 10 hectares, children and adults are amazed by 90 statues of dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals! In the undergrowth, sounds from nature such as waterfalls, thunderstorms, volcanic eruptions and animal sounds set the scene and immerse visitors in a mysterious and surprising atmosphere with a Jurassic Park vibe.
You can also explore a Palaeontology Museum and a cave decorated with frescoes against a sound and light backdrop. Watch a training session with Athor the raptor, admire the Cro-Magnon acrobatics act and be moved by the cute new-borns in the nursery.
