Ski resort in the town of Les Allues, Savoie, Méribel takes place within the area of ​​the Three Valleys, one of the most famous ski areas in the world. It is at the heart of the Vanoise National Park, at 1450 meters above sea level to only thirty kilometers from Albertville.

The site was born in the late 1930s on the will of Peter Lindsay, a Scotsman seeking new recreation site dedicated to sports.
