Come and relax in the Cotentin, at Aumeville-Lestre 5 ms from the sea of Quinéville, 10 minutes from Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue. History, gastronomy, sea, greenery and calm will welcome you to Versailles (locality where our cottage is located). Our cottage can accommodate 5 people + 1 baby. It is a detached house, separated from our house by an outbuilding (very little opposite), it includes: Courtyard + land 1000m ² with large terrace + Garage (for various storage, including 2 bicycles, barbecue, garden furniture) - On the ground floor: 1 kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender...) + 1 bathroom / WC (washing machine, hairdryer) + 1 room/lounge (TV, Internet) - Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms (1st bedroom with 1 double bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 bunk bed 2 people downstairs and 1 person above) + 1 bed and small baby chair. Possibility of renting for minimum 3 days (if short stay, capital gain of 15% compared to the current rate. Example: week at 350 €, 50 €/day + 15% = 60 €. Tourist tax (included in the rental rate). Rental of sheets: 20 € / bed, towels: 10 € / person (see with the owner for payment, cash or check, to be paid on the day of arrival). And cleaning = 80 €. Price of reservations: to be paid before any arrival in the cottage.
