Vacation rentals 15 minutes from the beaches - Villa Zuria is a large bourgeois house completely renovated in an art-deco spirit of the 30s. This former mansion is located in the centre of Coutances and is at the crossroads of Mont-Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches. In the heart of the "Jazz sous les pommiers" festival and 12 minutes from the sea. We offer two furnished tourist accommodations of 75 m². The "classic 30s" cottage for 4 people on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet. The "New York" cottage for 4 to 6 people, loft atmosphere on the 2nd floor. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living room with open plan kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Weekly rental rates are 600 € from Saturday 6:00 pm to the following Saturday 10:00 am. Nightly rates (excluding school holidays) are €150 with a minimum of 2 nights.
