You have 2 bedrooms with bed 160 cm, a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet. Linen is included in the price: bed linen (with beds made upon arrival), towels, tea towels and hand towels. Outside you have two terraces, a small one at the entrance of the cottage and one on the back of the building with dining area and living room, adjoining a private garden area equipped with sunbathing. Several parking spaces (free and secure) are dedicated to you inside the property. In the park, there is a playground for children, swings, trampoline, basketball hoop and football cage, as well as a petanque court, these spaces are to be shared with the other occupants of the premises. We are located in a quiet hamlet 5 km from the village of Lalbenque which offers many services and shops and 20 km from Cahors. The property extends over 7 hectares of land composed of ancient truffle trees, meadow and forests, where you can walk freely.
