Discover the charm of the stones and exposed beams in a dovecote, 19th century, of 55 m² in our property of 2 hectares in a quiet and in nature just 4 km from the center of Gourdon. An enclosure of 600 m ² with chickens, rabbit and an enclosure of 6500 m ² with goats will delight the little ones. We also have 2 dogs and a cat. A large private covered terrace (35m²) allowing you to be in the shade or in the sun, whatever the time of day, a private garden (75m²) and a covered parking space, will enhance your stay. Relax in one of the deckchairs listening to the sound of birds. The kitchen is fully equipped but you can also make a BBQ. The cottage has 2 comfortable bedrooms, with quality bedding (Bultex) : a double bed of 160/200 cm and 2 single beds of 90/190 cm. On the ground floor: The shower room is renovated in 2022 with a large washbasin and a large shower 140 * 90. Independent toilets. A small room houses the washing machine. Towels, tea towels and sheets are included (beds made on arrival) as well as basic products for a "good arrival" included: shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, sopalin, dishwashing liquid, sponge, household products, lv tablets. Wifi in the rooms. All you have to do is bring your food shopping! The price does not include tourist tax or mandatory cleaning/disinfection due to covid. Ideal base for visiting the Périgord and Quercy, the dovecote will be perfect for couples and families: the caves (Lascaux (44 km), Padirac (47 km) …), Sarlat (23 km), Rocamadour (33 km), Cahors (50 km) and many villages classified among the most beautiful villages in France or our pretty markets. You can also go for walks, bike or horseback riding, canoeing, tree climbing… - There is, not far away, a water park, a zoo, a vivarium… - In order to allow you to best prepare your stay, a digital welcome booklet will be sent to you. This will allow you to know precisely the coordinates of the cottage, the tourist, cultural and sports activities and the amenities (shops, restaurants…) and their distance from the cottage. The town of Gourdon has a nautical base for swimming, fishing, picnicking or playing in its playground. Possibility to have breakfast for 14th per person per night (hot drink, orange juice, fresh bread, homemade jam, homemade preparation, honey, rocamadour). Possibility of table d'hôtes.
