“Mas” is the old Provençal expression for a farmhouse / country house. Our house is called "Mas de la Pomme de Pin", the pine cone country house. It is located about 1.5 kilometers from the town of Noves, about 10 kilometers from Avignon in the north and from Saint Rémy de Provence in the south. The apartment situated on the first floor is approximately 40 m² and lovingly furnished. A large plot with shade-giving trees is available to our guests. The 2 room apartment consists of bedroom, a living room, a small open kitchen, a bathroom and a gallery. There is a large double bed (160 cm wide) and a wardrobe in the bedroom, another bed (140 cm wide) on the gallery above the living room, which is furnished with a dining table and 5 chairs, a couch and a satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and of course all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bright bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a WC. A hair dryer is available. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. Good wifi reception throughout the apartment.
Many world-famous places and sights are just a stone's throw away: the Pont du Gard, the Mont Ventoux and its lavender fields, the cities of Avignon with the world-famous bridge and the Pope's Palace, Arles, City of Arts, Aix-en-Provence, home of Cézanne, Orange and its ancient theater, Nîmes and its Roman arena, the legendary port city of Marseille, the Camargue, the scenic hills of the Alpilles and the Luberon with the picturesque villages of Les Baux and the prodigious Carrière de Lumière, Eygalières, Gordes, the ocher rocks of Roussillon, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, crossed by canals like Venice, Lacoste with the castle of the Marquis de Sade restored by Pierre Cardin, and many more.
When we say goodbye, our guests often tell me that they have not seen everything by far. And my advice in this case is always the same: Then you must come again!
