Reservation: The reservation will be effective after the deposit (30%) has been paid - A deposit will be requested upon entry - Cancellation policy: Refund of the deposit if your cancellation request reaches me 30 days before your start date. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded. Check-in time: from 4 p.m.- Check-out time: 11 a.m.- Depending on the availability of the accommodation, these times can be adapted, Don't hesitate to talk to me! Housekeeping: The accommodation must be left in an impeccable state of cleanliness. I personally check on its condition between each rental. I therefore ask to find it in the condition in which I entrusted it. Cleaning products are available in the accommodation. If, however, it is not possible for you to insure it, we will work together to find out how to have it done for an additional fee. In the latter case, however, you are asked to empty your garbage and do the dishes. House rules: You are in a private property that is mainly occupied all year round. You are therefore asked to behave responsibly; No parties held on the premises; No pets; No illegal activities; No smoking in the apartment and in the corridors; Respect for neighbours and their tranquillity; Respect for the material made available to you; The maximum capacity of the accommodation is set at 3 people; Water, gas and electricity have become precious commodities! Please don't waste them!
