La Piboulette is a 32 ha farm in organic conversion in the west of the Aude Department, 10 km south of Castelnaudary, with views of the Pyrenees - Located in the heart of La Piège, a small hilly and wooded region classified Natura 2000, we have created an LPO reserve on a territory rich in birds. On this 32-hectare estate dedicated to discovery, relaxation and hosting events (festive or professional) we offer: -a large cottage (6 bedrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility / 12 to 15 people) located in the heart of a traditional Aude farmhouse, -a caravan (2 people), -Two real Mongolian yurts (20 and 27 m²) for 2 and 3 people -a campsite on the farm (3 pitches) -a motorhome reception (3 places), - multiple infrastructures (kitchen, toilets, multi-activity room, event space, games and relaxation areas with outdoor swimming pool, bowling alley, etc.). In the heart of nature, the Piboulette is ideal for partying as well as for meditating, hiking, isolating yourself or training. Designed to bring together families, groups of friends or your tribe, the three-star "furnished tourism" gîte Piboulette has 6 bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility) for a capacity of 12 people (2 additional beds possible). Located in the main farmhouse, it opens onto a large outdoor terrace with views of the Pyrenees, ideal for meals, discussions and games. Initially a stable and barn, it has been renovated using the timber frame technique with a focus on ecological materials (lime, Douglas fir, wood wool, etc.) - On the ground floor, a large open space (80 m²) with open plan living/dining room/kitchen. Also present is a bathroom and toilet with PRM standards. Upstairs, a mezzanine and 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which have private showers/sinks/toilets. Equipment: oven / fridge / electric hob / dishwasher / washing machine / wood stove / large table / piano / children's chair / BB chair / Travel cot… Barbecue and very large table on the outdoor terrace. Library and board games available - Free parking, independent access - Located under the trees in the heart of a small south-facing wood with a view of the Pyrenees, the caravan, the 2 yurts and the camping and motorhome pitches live to the rhythm of the birdsong and the antics of the squirrels. Free access to the reception area (shower, toilets, washing machine, kitchen, picnic area, barbecue) and outdoor facilities (swimming pool, bowling alley, games, etc.).
