This house is for two people, but can accommodate four. Located in the peaceful hamlet of La Roche in Baussant, it is barely 5 kilometers north of the picturesque medieval town of Montmorillon. Unfortunately animals are not accepted.
The house, composed of two main rooms nicely decorated, is totally independent and is heated by a central heating. The living room is spacious and pleasant to live with a sofa bed of 140x190 (2 persons). You will also have a television and wi-fi. The bedroom, which is large and bright, includes a double bed 160x200 and a bathroom with toilet. Heating and electricity are all included in the price.
Outside, you can find a barbecue area and access to the fully equipped kitchen. Near there, a private parking and a pleasant garden. A washing machine is at your disposal. The house is available all year round for any length of stay. It is perfect as a starting point to visit the area or if you are thinking of buying and need a pied-à-terre waiting to find accommodation.
