The cottage is located in a peaceful village, at the crossroads of the Charente, Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, 3 km from the International Golf of La Prèze, in a green and hilly region, surrounded by ponds and lakes, paradise for bird, fishing and hunting enthusiasts, as well as hikers and cyclists. The markets of regional products and crafts as well as bric-a-brac are numerous. We are 10 minutes from the Lakes of Haute-Charente, the ornithological reserve, the nautical base and the Adventure Park center.
