Terms of the rental : • Rental price per week including charges and tourist tax included - • Firm and final booking check requested for one third of the rental price before establishment of the rental commitment - This amount will be qualified as deposit up to 2 months from date of the beginning of the rental and down payment during the 2 months preceding the rental. In case of withdrawal, the deposit will be returned to the tenant and the deposit will remain the owner and the tenant will pay the full rent due. • Rental agreement sent in duplicate after receipt of the deposit confirming the reservation (a copy to return signed) - • Two checks one for the balance of the rental to be paid three weeks before the start of the rental and one for the deposit of 250 € not cashed and destroyed by the landlord after return of the keys - • Keys sent by mail in the week preceding the beginning of the rent (to be returned in the same way from the completed rental) - Conditions of the rent - Tourist tax is 0.99 € per day and per person. It must be paid with the balance of the rental by a separate check. No reason for withdrawal can be invoked as admissible during the two months preceding the beginning of the lease. The tenant undertakes not to accommodate without his authorization persons additional to those declared on the back of the rental commitment returned to the landlord and not to sublet the housing. The tenant will not be able to introduce more than one pet in the apartment provided that it does not do any damage and does not disturb the enjoyment of the neighbors. He is fully responsible for the troubles caused by him. At the entrance to the premises : The tenant agrees to check the inventory by noting that all the furniture and equipment are present and in good condition and that all devices work. The tenant will report without delay by phone to the landlord any breakdown or any material damage found at the entrance to the premises. The tenant agrees to complete the document of inventory on arrival (front) which will have been sent to him with the keys. During the hiring : the tenant must respect the destination of the places, and, to use peacefully places. The tenant is responsible for damages and losses during the course of the lease by his fault. The tenant will inform the lessor by telephone without delay of any breakdown or any material damage that will occur during the stay. The tenant is responsible throughout the duration of the rental for damages and losses that occurred following a fire (art 1732 of the Civil Code). The tenant answers the fire of rented premises (art 1733 and 1734 of the civil code) unless it proves that the fire arrived by fortuitous event, force majeure, construction defect, or that it was communicated by a neighboring house. He must therefore check that his liability is covered by an insurance covering rental risks. The tenant is obliged to maintain the rented property and to carry out the complete cleaning during his departure at the end of the rental period. Otherwise, the tenant will be liable for the costs incurred to compensate for this failure on his part (50 € (fifty euros) fees levied on the deposit). The tenant is forbidden to renew this rental agreement without the prior written consent of the owner. At the end of the hiring : the tenant will have to release the places the last day of the hiring before the hour stop envisaged in the commitment of hiring. Late penalties may be applied in case of flagrant non-compliance with the deadlines for the release of the planned premises (100 € (one hundred euros) of penalties deducted from the deposit). The tenant undertakes to restore in a state of cleanliness irreproachable and undertakes that all furniture and equipment are present and in good condition.
