The cottage with independent entrance is located in the tower of an old restored Comtoise farmhouse. It is located in a hamlet on the first plateau of Jura, in the valley of the Angillon and near the Route des Sapins. We wanted to promote this beautiful Franche Comté farmhouse by a restoration with healthy and ecological materials, in the respect of old buildings.
The cottage of L'Angillon is a studio with mezzanine, oriented to the rising sun and view on the valley. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with kitchen open to living area and dining area, equipped with a wood stove and separate toilet. The sleeping area, upstairs on the mezzanine, is equipped with 1 bed 160x200, a desk and big screen TV. The bathroom with shower is on mezzanine also. Outside, the large garden is accessible to rest in the shade of trees, with provision of easy chairs and garden furniture. For your comfort, the bed is made, towels and kitchen towels are provided.
The cottage is in the center of a beautiful tourist area : you can choose to visit with the same travel time : Besançon, Dijon, Lausanne, Geneva… But nearby, you will find many more beautiful natural sites : Pays des lacs : The 4 lakes, but also Chalain, Bonlieu, Lake Val, Chambly. Hérisson waterfalls, Langouette gorges, source and losses of the Ain river. Towards the Doubs, the source of Lison river, the Loue river, and its valley with Ornans. Remarkable buildings and monuments such as the Salines royales in Salins Les Bains, the Royal Salines of Arc and Senans with its garden festival. The village of Château Chalon and its famous vineyard, Arbois and its wines, Beaume Les Messieurs…
