Opening hours: Arrivals are usually between 5pm and 7pm and departures no later than 11am. Breakfasts are served between 7am and 11am. Table d'hôtes: Meals, brunch and other services of the table d'hôtes are prepared on site and on request. The products used for their production are supplied from small local producers or partly produced on site. Do not hesitate to tell us about it when booking your stay or at least 24 hours in advance. Meals are taken at the communal table or on one of the outdoor terraces as soon as the weather permits. Cancellation conditions: In case of cancellation by the tenant more than 30 days before arrival in the premises, the deposit is returned by the owner less a handling fee set at 30 €. In case of cancellation by the tenant less than 30 days before arrival in the premises, the deposit is acquired by the owner. In case of no-show within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, the contract is cancelled and the owner can dispose of his rental. The deposit also remains with the owner who can request payment of the balance of the rental. In case of cancellation by the owner, the latter pays the tenant all the sums paid without the tenant being able to claim damages or compensation for moral or financial damage. Insurance: a "resort" insurance is required to prevent any damage. This extension is usually included in your home insurance policy, ask your insurer before your stay. A certificate will preferably be sent with the contract at the time of booking or claimed upon arrival. Admission: Third parties not designated in the contract are not admitted to the domain. The house is non-smoking. For the tranquility of all animals are not accepted.
