Other | 1/booking and payment - Booking: Online / By phone (only for pitches) / by mail - Confirmation and Payment (no booking fees) : • Pitches Bookings are confirmed following our approval of the request. The amount of the stay is paid on arrival for stays of less than 3 nights or the day before departure for stays of more than 3 nights. • Accommodation bookings are validated upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the full amount of the booking and confirmed following payment of the balance of the full amount 15 days before your planned arrival date. Les Sapins de Corrèze Campsite will confirm your booking by return email. Bookings are non-transferable without our approval. 2/ arrival conditions - Arrival/Departure: • Pitches are rented per night starting from 3 p.m. until 1 p.m. the next day, regardless of the day of arrival. • Rental arrivals (Lodges, Cottages, Huttes and Equipped Tents) : are from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. maximum (late arrivals to be validated in advance at least 48 hours before the day of arrival) and departures from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. maximum (departures anticipated to be validated in advance at least 48 hours before the day of departure). Late departures will be charged an additional night for pitches, 20 € penalties for a rental if you leaved before 2 p.m or an additional night if you leaved in afternoon. The number and names of the guests must be identical to the booking made. The number of guests cannot be higher than the maximum number provided for in the contract, depending on type of rental or pitch. If you fail to arrive on the booked date and hours, the booking will be considered cancelled and the pitch or the rental can be rented to another customer. The deposit and the balance already paid, will be acquired by the Campsite and will not be refunded. 3/cancellation / early departure / refunds - Early Departure: Pitches : Unused nights will be reimbursed. Accommodation : Early departure will not lead to any reimbursement except in the event of subscription to the Campsite's cancellation insurance via our Partner Meetch (conditions in appendices). Cancellation: Pitches : For all types of cancellations, no sums will be due, all sums already paid will be refunded. Accommodation (if no subscription to cancellation insurance) : Cancellation by you: - The 30% deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, - The deposit and balance paid will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival. Except in the event of a pandemic where travel restrictions or even lockdowns or border closures may be imposed by a State, Region, Department or Municipality, all sums already collected will be reimbursed. Cancellation by us: No sums will be due, and all sums already paid will be refunded. 4/insurance - You can take out cancellation insurance through the Campsite when booking. Don't hesitate to ask us about this; see conditions appended below. tip: visa and mastercard holders may already have cancellation insurance as part of their Credit/Debit card services. 5/rental deposits - Cheques and Credit cards are accepted for payment of the deposit (uncashed but be careful il you use a debit card, the deposit risk to be cashed, we council you to bring near your bank) : Deposits are: - €50 as a guarantee for household appliances and equipment, the final cleaning for Cyclo Tent Huttes; - €100 as a guarantee for household appliances and equipment, the final cleaning for Equipped Tents - €200 as a guarantee for household appliances and equipment for Lodges and Cottages - + €50 to €60 as a guarantee of final cleaning (if the cleaning option is not taken out and depending on the location period). The deposit will be returned on the day of departure after our quality check in the Rental in your presence, it's better, with deductions for any breakage, loss or damage; if the cleaning has not been done properly (as described in the instructions provided at your arrival), the cleaning deposit will not be refunded. You will be given a price sheet when you arrive, detailing the cost of items damaged. TIP: Think about your Civil Liability Insurance. Deposits must be paid by an adult staying in the accommodation during the rental period. A single participant cannot pay several deposits for multiple rentals. These deposits guarantee the rental's cleanliness and full inventory of fixtures. 6/ pets on the campsite - Our friends the animals are welcome on our campsite (except in Huttes and Equipped Tents: Cats and unusual pets are forbidden), provided that: - There are no more than 2 per pitch, - They are kept on leads in the campsite. - Unleashed animals are prohibited, - The campsite is kept clean: their needs must be met outside the campsite, - They do not disturb other users: undue barking will not be tolerated, - They are always accompanied, - They are not locked inside a vehicle or rental in hot weather, Accommodation: €5 will be charged per pet per stay (except in Huttes and Equipped Tents: Cats and unusual pets are forbidden). Pitches: €2 will be charges per dogs and horses, cats and unusual pets are free. 7/ smoking - For your comfort and in compliance with the law, all public buildings (reception, toilets, sanitary bloc, laundry, information point, bike shed and common area) and accommodation are no smoking areas. Violations are liable to a fine of €68 (Decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006) - 8/ swimming pool - Not monitored. Minors cannot be alone in the swimming pool area and are under the full responsibility and supervision of accompanying adults. 9/ hybid & electric vehicle - Recharging a vehicle with electricity must be carried out on a terminal provided for this purpose. It is strictly forbidden to connect to a rental or a camping terminal, which is not suitable and presents a high risk of overheating of the socket which could cause a fire. Compensation of €50 will be invoiced to you in the event of a wild connection that has not caused any damage, otherwise the damage will be subject to a “claims” assessment with our insurance. 10/ disputes - In the event of a dispute, and after having contacted the Campsite's customer service, any customer who has stayed on the Campsite can contact a Consumer Ombudsman within a period of 1 year as from the date of the written complaint sent to the business owner by RLAR.
