General conditions. - only one copy of this contract, accurately completed, will be considered valid. - arrivals in rentals are from 15h and departures between 8am and 10am. - the arrival on the sites are from noon departure before noon. - the rentals are from saturday to saturday during july and august. - all rentals are personal and can in no case be assigned, unless approved in writing by an official relay of 'between two lakes. - in the absence of a written message from the client stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental is available 24 hours after the date mentioned on the rental agreement and full payment of benefits is still required. Phone messages are not accepted. - all customers are required to comply with the rules of the institution. - courts of albi have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute. Terms of payment. To rent a cottage or btm : Return double the signed contract, accompanied mandatory payment of 30% of total rental and the fee must be received within 15 days, the balance will be sent to us no later than 30 days before your arrival. On arrival, you will be asked : - a check deposit with a value of 300.00 €, which will be delivered to your departure, after verification of the premises. For degradation, it will be deducted an amount of the bond. ! No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure ! To rent a campsite : Return double the contract signed with the regulations as stipulated above, while indicating the mode of regulation. Terms of payment (check rates)
