Arnage is a commune in the Sarthe in Pays de la Loire. It is located at the exit of Le Mans, near the airport, in the Sarthe. According to local legend, the city would take its name from a wicked witch. The villagers have decided to get rid of it by throwing it in the Sarthe, but seeing the surface again with his powers, they cried "A'r'nage". More rationally, rather Arnage comes from the Latin, arena, which means sandy field.

Arnage The weekly market is held every Saturday from 8 am to 13h on the Place François Mitterrand. A Christmas market is also held at year end.
Arnage welcomes, in June, the event Arnage in the race. For 24 hours, the city offers various animations on the car, with exhibitions, car shows or the presence of automobiles local clubs.
Created in 2002, the BD Mania festival takes place every year in November. It is thus possible to attend exhibitions, conferences, debates, or to meet professional writers present for signings.
