Mulsanne

Today, the small town of Mulsanne is best known to house within it one of the most famous corners of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Mulsanne. The latter in particular given its name to a model of Bentley.

In the city, visitors can also look at Mulsanne castle, listed historical monument.

The present church of Sainte-Madeleine, dates from the mid twentieth century. It takes place on the remains of the old Gothic style building built in the thirteenth century.

Important monument of the seventeenth century, the mill of the Madeleine was completely renovated in early 2000. Not far away, one can admire several laundries, picnic places and relaxation today.

Several marked footpaths across the common Mulsanne to allow to admire the local fauna and flora.

The market is held every Saturday morning.

A Christmas market is held in December.

The National Accordion Festival takes place every year in March.

In May, Mulsanne hosts the festival of caricature and press cartoons with dedications and other events.
