Town of Eure, in Normandy, Ivry-la-Bataille takes place forty kilometers of Evreux, on the edge of the Eure-et-Loir. It is located not far from Garennes-sur-Eure, Oulins and Saussay.
Populated since the Gallo-Roman, as evidenced by the remains found on site, including Ivry-la-Bataille was shown at the end of the sixteenth century by becoming the scene of the victory of Henry IV on the Leaguers.
