The mansion is located in Olmières Peyrolières Street in the old center of Toulouse. It was built from the beginning of the sixteenth century in a Renaissance style but Gothic elements are observable, as his chapter tower: the family of Olmières counted indeed in the sixteenth century of sheriffs (aldermen) and the President of Parliament.
Although revamped the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, protected as a historic monument, the hotel has retained original features. It occupies an entire island, dominated by its tower with a staircase of about 80 steps, crowned by a terrace with battlements. Several buildings surround the courtyard. From the outside, there is a carriage door with a semicircular arch where stone and brick are alternated, a terrace with wrought iron balcony and inside, Gothic elements (sculptures).
