Built in the middle of the 17th century, the Sainte-Victoire church replaced Notre-Dame de Baulis as a parish church. Provençal Romanesque style, it reveals a nave with three barrel vaulted spans and a single aisle vaulted with ridges. A bell tower completes the architecture of this charming building.

While strolling through the village, you can also discover the 12th century Notre-Dame de la Roche church or the remains of the castle dismantled at the end of the 18th century with in particular the surrounding walls, the square tower decorated with gargoyles-dolphins or the aqueduct.

Created by the founder of the L'Occitane brand, the olive tree ecomuseum takes place in the premises of the old lime kilns. The site deals with the origins of these emblematic trees of Provence and highlights all their benefits in food, cosmetics, lighting and perfumery.

The soap eco-museum is also worth a detour, retracing the manufacturing process of the famous Marseille soap as well as its history.

In addition to its many marked hiking trails which allow you to discover all the charm of this part of Provence, the town hosts a climbing spot, the famous Rocher, which attracts the biggest names in the discipline. The site also has routes designed for beginner climbers.

The weekly market is held every Tuesday morning.

In April, it's time for the votive festival and its activities for the whole family.

Concerts are organized in June on the occasion of the Fête de la Musique.

In mid-July, the town celebrates the national holiday with fireworks.

In November, the Contes de Haute-Provence festival sets down some of its suitcases at Volx.

A traditional Christmas market is organized in December.
