La Bresse stretches from the banks of the Saone to the foothills of Revermont. While strolling in the bressan grove, you will come across the famous red-crested chickens, pristine plumage and blue legs as well as these curious "Saracen chimneys" which surmount the roofs of traditional farms in mud, mud and wood.
