Depart from Brem-sur-Mer Tourist Office.
Start of the Brem-sur-Mer Circuit outside the Tourist Office.
Start by making your way towards La Gachère (follow Rue du Sablais, take Rue du Brandais and continue along Rue des Gabelous).
After La Gachère neighbourhood, pass through La Chabossière (oyster park) on the way to the small picturesque village of La Corde (chance to visit a pottery workshop).
Continue towards the Crulière standing stone, also called the "Devil's Stone". From here, there is an incredible view.
After the Crulière standing stone, it is possible to make a detour via the Brem-sur-Mer Wind Farm (6 wind turbines since March 2006) or to continue through the countryside and small hamlets (La Raffinière, la Mignotière).
At the end of the circuit, you will arrive in the neighbourhood of the Church of Saint Nicolas of Brem, where you will be able to visit one of the oldest Romanesque churches dating from the 11th century.
Next to it, down a steep slope, the Ecours valley offers a shady picnic area where you can relax. And for those who still have some energy to spare, there is also a fitness trail.
After that, return to Brem-sur-Mer Tourist Office.
