The new chef Sébastien Tantot, who spent seven years alongside Gérald Passédat at Petit Nice, of which he was executive chef, has already made his mark in this pretty inn (stones, beams, fireplace...) located on the road to Pierrefonds, in the middle of the forest of Compiègne, in a medieval village. Legacy of his time in Marseille, the chef likes to work with beautiful fish, plants, deep juices, full-bodied and olive oil according to two menus (non-mystery) in which the herbs and aromatic plants of the vegetable garden (set up during the confinement) are present.
