At the foot of the old town of Saint-Omer, in the Pas-de-Calais, lies a lush marsh shaped by Man since the dawn of time. A real labyrinth of land and water with no less than 700 km of rivers! It is in these preserved places that summer cauliflower is still lovingly grown by market gardening families. A stone's throw from the historic city, in the suburbs of Lyzel, come and meet lovers of the country cultivating another art: the manufacture of traditional boats. These children of the country open the doors of their workshop and offer atypical and authentic visits to this space recognized as a Biosphere Reserve by unesco.
