Landry

Tourism, holidays & weekends guide in the Savoie

Village of Savoie, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, Landry is a mountain town in the Tarentaise and is located halfway between Bourg-Saint-Maurice and Aime, not far from La Plagne.

Former property of the viscounts of Tarentaise between the 10th and 12th century, Landry joined the county of Savoy in the 13th century. Very touristy, the village attracts many visitors every year thanks to its exceptional architectural heritage as well as its winter sports resort.

In the middle of the mountains, we appreciate the soothing calm of this unspoilt nature, as well as the dynamism of this region, which has put forward an exceptional cultural and sports program. The proximity to some major ski areas in the region makes it an ideal destination to enjoy the Savoyard culture.
