Péone

The ski resort of Valberg is located partly on the territory of Péone. Founded in 1936, it has about 90 kilometers of alpine ski runs between 1,500 and 2,000 meters above sea level. There are also trails for cross-country skiing. The resort also offers various hiking trails that take place in particular on the Mounts Estrop and Mounier. In summer, you can practice golf, summer tobogganing, mountain biking, quad biking or canyoning.

The Saint-Arige and Saint-Vincent-de-Zaragoza church, which is part of the supplementary inventory of Historical Monuments, dates from the middle of the 18th century. Baroque style, it takes place on the remains of a first church of the eleventh century.

In this charming medieval mountain village, you will discover the vestiges of the 13th-century castle in the narrow streets and half-timbered houses.

During the summer, the market is held on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
