Located in the department of Côte-d'Or, Saint-Apollinaire its unique feature of his waterlogged soil which earned him a territory studded with fountains. Moreover, its original name in Roman Gaul is Aqualiacus. But it was in the sixth century that everything is played with the construction of a church in commemoration of the victory of Clovis, under the voice of Apollinaire.
