Auberge d'Anthy

In Haute-Savoie, not far from Thonon d'Evian and Mont Blanc, the Auberge d'Anthy has been delighting its guests since 1927. This longevity says a lot about the quality of the place! The restaurant has the title of Master Restaurateur. The dishes are homemade.

This hotel-restaurant has always lived to the rhythm of Lake Geneva. The specialty of the house is therefore of course the fishing of the lake: Arctic char, trout, perch... But the Chef also gives pride of place to local producers and you can taste Chablais meats or cheeses matured in this beautiful region.
