Seating 45 indoors and 55 on the terrace, the château's dining room, its beating heart, is a fitting showcase for the gastronomic delights served to the diners. With its impressive inverse ship's hull, timber-framed ceiling, the room opens out into a Belle Époque conservatory offering a bucolic view of the gardens and flower beds and leading to the outdoor terrace framed by hedges and plants: Welcome to La Broderie.
Chef Bertrand Jeanson cuisine takes full advantage of the surrounding countryside and local flavours. Most of the products on offer are organic and seasonal, carefully selected from local artisans and prepared by teams that are as creative as they are passionate.
In the long term, they may be supplemented by some flavours from further afield, but also by vegetables, fruit or aromatic herbs from the vegetable garden currently being created in the Château's gardens.
