5, place du Mail - Selles-Saint-Denis
By its romantic name, by the soft crunch of the wood in its old-fashioned fireplace, the place seems to be taken from an epic novel or a saga of A. Dumas.
In the heart of Sologne, an hour and a half from Paris, the Auberge du Cheval Blanc is a former post house of the seventeenth century that Chrystèle and Ludovic Poyau have transformed into a gourmet stop where flavors and spices flourish. The restaurant has a terrace of 250 m² and a large garden of 2000 m².
Each room is a small discovery that overlooks a terrace, a courtyard or a flower garden. And for lack of a horse, we ride a bicycle in the surrounding countryside.
