Adjacent to the Viarhôna, a cycle route that connects Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean, direct access to the track, next to our property. The cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, 45m² ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people. It is on one level, not semi-detached, with an independent entrance, not overlooked near the owners' house. Gite refurbished in December 2023. The cottage consists of a main living room, dining area and open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom: The living room is equipped with two armchairs, a sofa and a TV.
