1 - Registration. All entries must be accompanied by the deposit : 25% of the price of your stay - Stay (total of the accommodation part and the supplement part). The application fee is : € 30 for stays of more than 5 nights, € 15 for stays of less than 5 nights and € 50 for eligible vacaf. 2 - Duration of stay. During the high season, the duration of the stay is 7 nights minimum. Location : Departures are before 12pm and arrivals after 12pm (1pm to the ocean). Mobil-home : Arrivals during high season are between 16h and 20h, (except Bel Air, from 15h to 19h). Arrivals - In low season are between 14h and 17h30. In case of delay, please notify us as soon as possible. Departures are between 7 am and 10 am (except Bel Air, from 8 am to 10 am). A departure schedule will have to be set from - Wednesday (Thursday at La Presqu'île) before your departure. For the weekends, the inventory of the places can be - Facts between 9h and 12h. 3 - Booking and conditions of payment. Your reservation is considered as definitive as soon as it is made - The subject of a confirmation from us. Any changes must be reported prior to arrival. Once the stay - Sold, no refund will be made. Minors may only stay if they are accompanied by a person of full age who will be responsible for the stay and who will remain on the campsite during their entire stay. 4- Terms of payment : 25% at booking and balance 6 weeks before arrival date. No discount - For advanced payment. Any delay in payment entails a penalty of delay equal to the rate of interest applied - By the bce plus 10 points (C. Art L.441-6-1). For the professionals, there will be added to the interest - Delay, a lump sum indemnity for recovery costs of 40 € (C. art L. 441-6 and D. 441-5). 5- Cancellation of the stay. This contract is accompanied by the general conditions of cancellation insurance - (not mandatory but advised). Any subscription to this insurance must be made at the time of the reservation and, any cancellation must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The date of receipt of the mail determines the date of cancellation. No refund will be possible - By the campsite since the latter has offered membership to the cancellation insurance. In the event of a breakdown or slight setback, and unless otherwise notified by you, the payment of a deposit ensures the maintenance of the - reservation 24 hours after the expected date of your arrival. After this period, the manager reserves the possibility - to dispose of the location.
