Things to see and do

Originally from the twelfth century, the Church of St. Peter has been largely transformed in the nineteenth. However, one can see some old elements like the apse and the main door. Closed down at the end of the eighteenth century after being sold as national property, it is experiencing a significant restoration campaign a century later. Listed historical monument, it reveals a particular Saint-Jacques shell at the nave.

Do not miss the temple built in the mid-nineteenth century on the cemetery site for Protestants. Registered with the additional inventory of historic buildings, it still reveals today a distinctive silhouette that illuminates the town.

Walking through the town, you can also explore the remains of the mill Gondin the eleventh century, the new mill or the beautiful wash of Montellerie the early twentieth century.
