The Tourist Office, created in June 1921, has been located at the foot of the belfry since 1961. Since January 1, 2017, it has been the Tourist Information Office of Bergues, branch of the Hauts de Flandre Intermunicipal Tourist Office.
This is the departure point for "Tram 99" (tourist train) and access to the belfry tower.
Guided tours on the city's heritage or on the filming of "Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis" are organized for individuals or groups.
