Located in Normandy, north-eastern boundary Eure and Seine-Maritime, about twenty miles east of the agglomeration Rouen, Romilly-sur-Andelle extends over 850 hectares of which 300 are forested.
Its territory consists of three elements: The bottom of the valley, about fifteen meters. The second element is the ending sloping plateau of Rouen to 150 meters. The latter is formed by the steep slopes of the coast of Two Lovers, they overlook the valley at 140 meters above sea level and offers an exceptional view over the valleys of the Andelle and Seine River since almost touches the southern tip of land.
