From the village, make your way towards the municipal campsite (St Trinit, Forcalquier), and continue towards the racing track.
From the racing track, take the stone path heading northwest (view over Mont Ventoux), pass Défends and continue along the path to the Roumane crossroads. Turn right on to the path, passing the La Rouyère crossroads and continue to the Mougne Pass. Climb the path on the right. Follow the first path on the right for 200m, follow the path on the left for 80 m to the Défends Sinkhole. Continue straight ahead, then take the wide path on the right to the Loutar-du-Loup crossroads. Take the path on the left to the D950 at the Hermitage. Cross the road and follow it on the left to descend the path on the right. It follows a large loop and arrives in the Curni Ravine. Take the dirt track on the left: it starts flat and gradually rises up to the Eimine Hole. Continue in the same direction and descend the stone path in Pourraches Forest. Descend the path, pass the shooting range and follow the trail for 200 m to Mougne. Return to the racing track.
