Town Pays de la Loire located in the department of Loire-Atlantique, Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire is the fifth city of the department in terms of population. It takes place on the bank of the Loire, four kilometers from Nantes.
Very old, the town was once a Celtic settlement area which was then dominated by the Gallo-Romans. Former stronghold of the Duchy of Brittany, the city of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire became possession of the kingdom of France in the early sixteenth century.
